Pelican 1510LOC is the obvious choice when you

The Pelican 1510LOC was designed for the business traveler,
elegant but built with strength to endure the rigors of
airline traveling. The 1510LOC accommodates notebooks up
to the large 17 inch units; it comes with side handles,
wheels and a 17-inch pull-out handle for easy handling at
the airport or inside the airplane.

intended to be used as a shipping case or Check-In luggage.
