If you shop at PelicanProducts.US, you accept these terms & conditions.

Products & Pricing
Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.  Prices listed are for online purchases only.  For retail pricing, please contact 435-245-5021 or sales@pelicanproducts.us . 

All orders requesting Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select shipping should contact 435-245-5021 or sales@pelicanproducts.us prior to ordering to check product availability. If your order is out of stock, and you requested Next Day, Second Day, or Three-Day Select as your shipping method, you will be contacted via e-mail within 24-48 business hours.

Order Acceptance Policy
Order confirmations do not indicate our acceptance of your order. PelicanProducts.US reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any or no reason. All orders must establish an acceptable method of payment.

PelicanProducts.US may require verifications or additional information before processing your order. Missing, incorrect, or fraudulent information may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

Payment Policy
PelicanProducts.US accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express from US banks. Your card will be billed at the time of shipment. No surcharge will be assessed for use of a credit card. Purchase orders are not accepted. In the event that your credit card is declined, a notice will be posted in the tracking information for your account at PelicanProducts.US Click here to login to your account.  To resolve payment issues, please contact sales@PelicanProducts.US or (435)245-5021 option 2. If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy
PelicanProducts.US ships orders Monday through Friday via UPS or Fed Ex. Average ground delivery time is 7-12 business days.  Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be processed the following business day. If your order will be shipped to a location different than the billing address, that location must be on file with your credit card company. PelicanProducts.US will contact your credit card company to verify the shipping address on all orders.

Orders placed on PelicanProducts.US will be shipped via UPS to street deliverable addresses only.  Orders placed with only a P.O. Box address will be cancelled. PelicanProducts.US does not ship internationally.

As a safeguard against fraudulent orders, all orders placed at PelicanProducts.US will require a signature upon delivery. 

Return / Exchange Policy
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for exchange or credit, shipping & handling is not refundable. Customers returning items for credit will be charge up to a 15% restocking fee.  Customers returning items for exchange will be bill or credited the difference and also will be charge the new shipping & handling costs.

Warranty Information
All Pelican Hard Cases are backed by an unconditional lifetime guarantee. Pelican guarantees all products against breakage and defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack, or children under 5. To return your product on warranty, contact Pelican directly at 1-800-473-5422 (310-326-4700 inside CA) for a return authorization.

All Pelican Soft-Sided Cases are manufactured for Brandess-Kalt- Aetna Group, Inc. under license from Pelican Products, Inc., Torrance, California and have a 5 year warranty. This warranty shall apply only to those soft-sided cases that have been used as intended by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from extended use, accidents and normal fading, and will not apply to those soft-sided cases damaged by misuse or neglect. To obtain service under this warranty, forward the product, freight prepaid with dated proof of purchase to Brandess-Kalt-Aetna Group, Inc., 701 Corporate Woods Pkwy, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, USA. If our inspection finds the product to be defective in either materials or workmanship, we will at our option, repair or replace it. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability beyond the terms of this limited warranty. Brandess-Kalt-Aetna Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Privacy & Security
PelicanProducts.US does not sell customer information to any outside company.  The security of your personal information is important, and PelicanProducts.US is committed to maintaining your privacy.

PelicanProducts.US will make every effort to ensure that your shopping experience at PelicanProducts.US is secure. A Thawte security certificate provides Secure Socket Layers which encrypt the data sent from your computer to our database.

Daily Special Regulation / Terms
Special prices restricted to online orders only. All sales are subject to daily change without notice. All orders are subject to cancellation for any reason. All orders are subject to cancellation due to a sell out. There is a qty restriction of 10 unless advertisement specifies otherwise. All orders are processed in order of purchase. If the item is sold out your online order will be canceled. We can not tell you by phone how many are in stock because the orders in shipping department will be processed and shipped in order. Otherwise first come first serve! We will rotate each daily special and when that special is not on our web site it will not be honored later by those who call to inquire otherwise. Prices good for daily promotions only.
